YOU are supposed to be driving a speed safe enough for conditions... meaning if there's a car in the road, you should be going slow enough to stop or avoid it, obviously you were NOT. B) It doesn't matter if the car was perpendicular to the traffic lanes, blocking the entire road because of well.... see subject #A. C) be responsible for your driving.
